Gratitude

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget
that the highest appreciation is not to utter words,
but to live by them.

Hey thanks for the comment on my blog, I haven't worked out how to reply to comments yet. Love your photo collage - did you do that on Photoshop or another package? I've saved the collage of your In Praise of Play work so I can include in Postscript, is this okay?

Is that ok? I'd be flattered...
I did my Praise of Play montage in InDesign and then made a pdf. Opened PDF in photoshop, reduced in size and saved for web. There is probably an easier and better way to do it, but I don't know how, so this will do. If you would prefer the PDF, just drop me an email and I will send it to you.
Cheers.

Hey! If you want to learn a better way I'm sure Dunc would happily give some advice.

No such thing as "a better way" Cinta, if it works for you, it's the way to do it.

Actually, your method appears to be a little fiddly at first glance but InDesign is much more flexible for laying out and manipulating such a montage than Photoshop, so the slightly more involved saving is worth the effort.

I can't resist suggesting however that exporting from InDesign as EPS might be a quicker transition to Photoshop than PDF.

Speaking of Gratitude, thanks for an inspiring blog, I wish I had the energy to do a fraction of the varied and interesting things that you do!

Thanks Joe for your advice - I should have thought of that - excellent.
As for the inspiring blog, well I am flattered. It is certainly fun and I continue to enjoy the creative aspects of it and my life (when I get the oportunity). Trying to find more time to return to your site for more than just a few minutes and listen to you latest podcast. Thanks for your continuing contributions.
